Panjim Carnival Cancelled: Some pics & clips from the Parade Street The people gathered there were not well informed about the cancelations There should have announced in English, Hindi and Konkani. One cop on motor bike was saying something, even I could not understand what he was saying. There were many people seated including many foreigners not knowing what’s going on. They did not handled the announcement part very well.
