Education minister Babush Monseratte has finally said he has passed
standard XII examination in 2009, and not in 1979, after he became the
education minister of Goa.
The latest affidavit filed by Babush before the returning officer to
contest from St Cruz constituency states that he has passed Senior
Secondary Examination from Council of Secondary Education, Mohali in
2009.
