RIP young ones!

What one sees from this tradegy and the rescue it was the local populace
fending for themselves. The Shining stuff was never there to help the helpless.
It has not gone into the brains of these Goans that we are in a third world
situation. Right from the road worthiness to the rescue was there any sign of
governance? But yet they say we were 'liberated' from Portuguese yolk.

Road accidents are nothing new in Goa, hundreds of people die on the
Goan roads each year, unfortunately nothing is being done to help
reduce or minimize this unhealthy statistic, it now looks like road
deaths have been accepted as fate in Goa today, as nobody, the people
nor the administration really cares about the steep rise in road
deaths.
