I think what Cecil Pinto is saying is important. He is putting his
neck out by naming names.
Knowing Cecil I suspect he has some very good evidence for his
allegations regarding the name and age of the suspect (if not he is
asking for trouble) - but what is it?
Assuming that he is correct, then the next question is who was the
person or party involved in the cover-up?
I suspect it must be someone with immense clout - now who could that be?
This matter deserves to be paid much attention to.
