The following should come as no surprise:
1. Several candidates have criminal cases listed. Presumably because there is 
no column for crimes not detected yet, there is no disclosure of such activity 
(which is a vastly higher number). 
2. The "white" money declared should be multiplied by at least three, to 
determine total assets.
3. Education does not matter, 10th standard pass are crorepatis along with 
graduates, proving crime pays, not education (see #1 above).
4. The odds of winning an assembly seat improve with the right combination: 
criminal background + ill-gotten wealth = Goan MLA.
5. Anti-Goan policies rather than pro-Goan policies in Goa improve electability 
chances (see proportional wealth of candidates involved in mining, 
mega-projects which primarily benefit non-Goans (migrants and foreigners) and 
China (mining).
