I just fail to see what is the scope for Change that Nissar is advocating. The
elite brand ambassador of the CEC is advovating 49(O). Going by history of Goa
which is the community that is more prone to using 49(O) on instigation? Is
Change about jumping from the frying pan into the fire? This is what some Goans
seem to be heading towards.
