UPLIFTMENT.
Most of the jokers who will be elected will want to polish and re-polish
their own CONSTITUENCIES to build vote-banks so that in 2017 they will want
to be the CMs of GOA.
RIGHT POLITICIANS EVOLVE FROM VERY RIGHT POLITICAL OUTFITS CALLED REGISTERED
POLITICAL PARTIES, NOT 'MERCENARIES' WHO JUMP FROM ONE PARTY TO ANOTHER OR
FROM POLITICAL PARTIES TO INDEPENDENCIES.
