Notice is hereby given that the Annual General body Meeting of the Goan Welfare Society, will be held on Friday 9th March, 2012 from11.00 am onwards at Royal Terrace Restaurant- Salmiya, to transact the following business: Agenda 1) Minutes of the last Annual General body meeting 2) Presentation of the Annual Activities Report for the period ending January 31,2011. 3) Presentation of the Annual Financial Statement for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2011. 4) Elections to fill five vacancies in the Managing Committee to fill the existing vacancies. 5) Any other business with the permission of the Chairman. Members are hereby requested to attend and participate in the deliberations.
