now time for you to get Maria to publish her thesis. The Opinion Poll
will always come into focus during election or when talking about
identity crisis in Goa. It would also be part of the recent election
if Salcette goes the BJP way. Salcette played a big part in turning
the tide in anti-merger forces winning the Opinion Poll.
The Opinion Poll is a landmark event in the political and social
history of Goa.
