Dr.Gilbert,
Good that like-minded people meet at every step. I did not have access to 
OUTLOOK EXPRESS, so I could not enjoy the contributions of Goanetters. I hope 
that Manohar Parrikar will change the face of BJP and of Goa. Let us see how he 
solves the delicate problem of grants to konkani, marathi ani english schools...
