i would suggest that you make your OCI, if your have not made one
yet.. i guess it will be better than the Adhaar card, because many
people say that adhaar card was just one of the many scams by Kamat
government.
many say that .. one of Kamat's relatives wanted to make some money ,
so he came up with this & awarded the contract of making the card to
them. I found the process very unprofessional i.e.. no proper checks
done on the legitimacy of all the "ghantis" who were in the queue, etc.
can anyone verify this about adhaar card

Note: Many NRIs who holds foreign passports including Portuguese,
British etc and yet they are in possession of Ration as well as Voters
Cards, some may even have India Passport.
