Panjim City can expect our Hon. CM regulating traffic in place of the
traffic cop as also doing the job of the parking attendant at the Kadamba
Bus Terminus, Panjim.
Isn't it good to show the way thing are done?
BTW GSIDC is nothing but parallel governance starting from IFFI 2004??
The back of Government departments have been broken a long time ago and are
practically bed-ridden.

Is it the job of the Panjim MLA cum CM of Goa to march thru' the city and
undertake traffic decongestion measures? The duty of the MLA is to
legislate and not undertake execution of development work by ignoring the
local bodies, in this case the CCP. The MLA may suggest measures to the
CCP which has to follow procedures. If not this is a transgression against
the functions of the local bodies and against the principles of good
governance. This is parallel governance.
