First let me correct myself with due apology. The Indian government is not probing 77 NGOs. It has merely provided a watch list of 77 NGOs to its missions abroad for visa scrutiny. This list is not available on the internet. None of the NGOs on this list has been reported to have anything to do with the Christian religion or the Church. They simply have relationships with donor groups from the U.S. and Europe. They have also been reported to be minor charities.
As far as NGOs being probed are concerned, a list of 12 such NGOs has been published by some news outlets in India. I have already provided a partial list of these NGOs. A majority i.e. 8 out of 12 of these NGOs have nothing to do with the Christian religion or the Church. You can obtain the entire list in the following news report in India Today: http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/home-ministry-asks-cbi-to-probe-ngos-for-fcra-violation/1/176302.html Regarding the four NGOs that have already been sanctioned, I have provided the names of three, i.e. majority, that do not have anything to do with the Christian religion or the Church.
