1.I have been able to carefully peruse the Goa Budget Proposals on the website
of the Goa Legislature.Kindly permit me to applaud CM Manohar Parrikar for his
Budget 2012 which is a PROMISE to the Goan Electorate of the state of Affairs
to come.His statement of intent as evidenced in his Budget Proposals needs to
be wholeheartedly supported.
2.My only fear for Goa is that fellow citizens of India resident in other
States of India would sorely want to legititimately register on the Electoral
Rolls of the State of Goa, India, whilst some Goans across India are wanting to
accquire other Nationalities. Unless the BJP as a POLITICAL PARTY replicates
this Budget in neighbouring Karnataka, and the POLITICAL combination of Cong-
NCP replicates it in Mahaashtra, Goans would be swamped by " DEMOGRAPHIC
DESTABILISATION" . Goans would perhaps become STRANGERS in their own land.
Neighbouring States are a bare minimum , Leave alone the Hordes from across the
world! BANGARACHEM GOA WHICH IN THE FIRST PLACE BROUGHT OUR SUBJUGATION!! IS
THERE NEED FOR A MORE NUANCED APPROACH?
3. Nonetheless a great effort. A budget with MATANHY written all over it. IS IT
A STRATEGIC BLUNDER???? Too much of a good thing? "A PLAN IS A TRAP TO CAPTURE
THE FUTURE". METHINKS , ITS BETTER TO TAKE ONE SIP AT A TIME!
