Comment:
If I am not mistaken it was Manohar who was accused of clearing the decks for
the off-shore casinos in Goa. I am not sure who started on-shore casinos.
I would also like to recall that it was Manohar who was toying with the idea of
making beer available on gaddas just before his mighty fall in 2004.
I just cannot accept that Manohar does not understood the seriousness of
breeding these vices in the state.
I believe there is much more to all this. Only time will reveal the truth.
