Casinos bring loads of money if run properly. But the down side is gangsta
stuff, destruction of youth because they are drawn into this industry. In Goa
and without proper regulations this could be a disaster. Capt Geraldo should

We at Goa Su-Raj Party had expected Manohar Parrikar to at least shift the
floatilla of Casinos from the Mandovi River basin to 5 nautical miles
off-shore without exception.
The raison d'etre of floating casinos is 'OFF-SHORE' and not INLAND
WATER-WAYS.
GOA SU-RAJ PARTY, without any slightest doubt will do this and assuredly so.
Goa does not have DEMOCRACY. GOA HAS PLACATORY AUTOCRACY where electoral
promisses are made to fool the people all the time.
