I agree with Cecil, all Goans should be allowed to play in the floating
casinos, but with a sporty restriction. They must swim to the casino. Atleast
one day we might produce an Olympic champion!

PS: Goans must opt for Floating Casinos 5 nautical miles off the Goan Coast
or not at all.
Period. GSRP will do it at day ONE. Let their patrons visit them via
helicopters, hang-gliders, jet-hydrofoils et al.
