Outside it says ‘Mahiti Ghar - Government services’ and inside it is run by the looters? Perhaps, in convenience with the Govt. officers? Single plan cost is Rs.60, here they charge Rs.150 in the name aof Government Services Also, NIC (Nil Encubrance Certificate) around Rs.225, Mahiti Ghar Charges Rs.1000 – see proof And it’s happening right under Parrikar’s nose too, who is the city MLA and Goa’s Chief Minister. Not that he is not aware of, infact this was brought up by Aires Rodrigues in the local press some months ago.
