Marlon, You are as fair to Soter as he is to Manohar Parrikar and also as equitable I expect Sandeep Heble will be to Manohar Parrkar.
My position is similar to the position taken by Rajan Parrikar i.e. PLEASE allow the man to do the job he has been elected to do - understanding that a TON of mess has to be cleared and another TON of work has to be done. Work does need time to be done. Those who are unable to fathom this, probably, have NEVER headed a department which achieved anything else besides 'noise generation'.
