I do not agree, unless they revamp the whole national anthem. States have been reorganised, and if I am not mistaken, the Sindhu as well as parts of Punjab referred to in the anthem, now belong to Pakistan.
Precisely going back to the point that Goa was never Indian in the sense it never belonged to the constitutional India created by the British, in 1947, subsequently not in the Indian Republic either, in 1956. Goa is captured territory of India, verifiable by various Acts passed in the Indian parliament and also by a judgement passed in one of the highest courts in India. Gabriel
