I have said a lot against Manohar Parrikar, not because I had personal axe to grind with him, but because I felt that he was a hollow ADMINISTRATOR with no EAR TO THE GROUND and basic personal preferences.

And I was the mad dog down the street.

Today, the mad dog has been vindicated, and he is still sane sans rabies.

Ah ! the tears that were shed over Matanhy ! Ah!
They, anyone, would have taken Matanhy seriously if he had to hold his grounds and not flow into the other side without guarantees. I wonder what 'Matanhy's core group have to say.

PS: Mopa has to be stopped at all costs. Otherwise Dabolim, which needs to be named after Dr. Jack de Sequeira is going to be appropriated illegally by the bloodly Indian Navy. GOANS CANNOT LET THIS HAPPEN.

In a recent post I admonished folks for their impatience with Manohar Parrikar and asked that he be given time before rushing to judgement. That was last week.
The facts concerning Goa have changed this week, and I have changed my mind.

I thought Manohar made a pledge to uphold Matanhy's vision for Goa
and its environment. What happened?
