[Goanet] Cabbie charges by meter

This is regarding cabbie charging exhorbitant rates for taxi fare. I beg to 
differ. I live in Betim on the river, very close to the ferry wharf. I don't 
possess a vehicle as I have never learnt to drive. I have an auto guy and a 
taxi guy on call who I have used for the last 11 years. My taxi guy is very 
honest. From the airport to my residence its rs. 600/-. From my res to 
anywhere in Dona Paula whether he waits for 1 hour or 4 hours he charges Rs. 
500/-From my res. to aldona and back also Rs. 500/-. and so on. To Calangute 
and back its Rs. 400/-. My auto guy also is very very honest.
