Congress has no moral right to use the Dabolim-Mopa controversy and try their luck in the Cortalim by-election. The by-election must be left to the rest of the opposition to tackle. if Congress intereferes it would mean they deliberately want to give an upper hand to the BJP. I have been saying this from 2002 that there is no difference between BJP and Congress in Goa. They are like Pepsi and Coke. Contents same, labels different. The loot and plunder of Goa is guaranteed both ways.
