Well, all along everybody knew that Dayanand Narvenkar was treating the GCA as
if it was his own private company!...All his cronies, who have now revolted,
benefited from his largesse. One could see many of them driving around in nice
flashy cars....A guy like Chetan Desai was even made the manager of the Indian
team in South Africa!!......Narvenkar, as you might recollect, was the Vice
President of BCCI and a trusted colleague of another corrupt politician, Sharad
Pawar...Pratapsingh Rane was the other politician, who threw out the judicial
findings against Narvenkar, in the duplicate tickets scandal!...Narvenkar even
manipulated his son's age, to make him eligible to play in the under 19
category...All in all, it has been one scandal after another, but as he was
supported by Pawar and the likes of Rane and the Congress Party, he had it
easy...........................................I don't believe that any of
those have now revolted are in anyway clean and should the tide turn, might
still jump into Narvenkar's lap!!
