Mr. Chief Minister, why there was hurry and now delay in induction? Jgu: Why there was so much rush in inducting someone then? CM: Inducting someone whether MLA or not it my prerogative. Or it’s my constitutional right. Which means, I can induct whoever I want and whenever I want. No one can stop me, not even the so called election Code of Conduct.
