This "Bangladeshi infiltrators" tag seems to be, in some cases at least, a ploy to target Muslims-whom-we-don't-like. Probably it continues a tradition of seeing any Hindu migrating from Bangladesh as a "refugee" and a Muslim as an "infiltrator". There are already some finding "Bangladeshi" illegal migrants in places like Goa.
