RESPONSE: Not entirely accurate - I too fell in the same trap - actually there could have been 5,000 children and 4,000 O.A.P.'s so the amount garnered would be considerably less. When I keep hearing that it was rather unfortunate that the property was burned down, it makes me smile; according to one it was a "God sent gift" as what was achived was more than the market saleable price.
