Another Scam cover The Coalgate scam has not died down as yet. The CAG report reached the PMO on 11 May and 3 signed copies one of which was available with the President The P.M on 29 May stated that the only the draft report is in their possession This was a blatant lie and misleading the House Those responsible must be severely punished The P.M on the other hand must come clean, as his personal reputation is at stake , since he was also implicated obliquely of having ignored propriety The report has to be placed in the House immediately within reasonable time, meaning time required to print the same The Govt may offer explanation about the veracity of the findings.suggestions from the CAG and reminders in this regard seem to be ignored It has to be placed within 7 days , if the house not in session The UPA II and the Congress i9n particular has been blundering one after another The major scams have tainted the rule of UPA II and this another example as how they want to subvert the rule of law when it is uncomfortable during their anniversary celebration in power The opposition need to exert their pressure and get to the root of this denial of information and which is a very serious matter It is different ball game , if the Ministry concerned received a copy or not It is shame and disgrace on the part of UPA II trying to cover up by misleading the House by no less than the P.M. The frequent fracas in the House, walkouts, holding the house to ransom, not allowing the proceeding to progress, is an alibi for the ruling dispensation to use it as the cover and safety net fro the onslaught of the opposition The electorate is aghast at these unethical practices and can only wonder foir those scams that have not yet surfaced in public domain Nelson Lopes Chichinim
