Goa and Goans are already special. They have two mother tongues and two mother scripts for their tongues. They will patronise the migrant instead of the Goan. Wherever they are Goans have 2 or 3 clubs, rarely one. Goans are always drunkards and their women flirts in Bollywood. Special status is only about Special distraction.
