This is a dangerous precedent that the Government of Goa is setting. What guarantee that all the documents in the file will come back intact? Is it because the officials will be in the know about who is coming to see the files after office hours and that documents are being made to disappear. The path to hell is always paved with roses. Where is this secret place of the Government? Can Government property be moved to undisclosed locations after office hours?
