I fully second when he says: It is sad to note that Eduardo Faleiro and his Congress were sleeping all this while and have just woken up from deep slumber due to not being at the helm of affairs and in the driving seat in Goa. All ideas and commitments towards Goa and Goans go to sleep when these guys are DRIVING and come to face the reality the moment they are assigned to the back-benches.
