[Goanet] Request reg. accommodation for a Goan girl at Watford

A Goan girl has been offered a job in Watford and looking for rental 
accommodation.  Would any reader based in London have a rough idea about how to 
go about with it.  Any reputed agencies that they would recommend.  She would 
preferably want studio or single room flat.  Looking at the rates in London, 
would it be a better idea to go in for a flat putting in a deposit and taking a 
mortgage.  Would be grateful if someone would give a rough idea or advice.
