Question is: what is it about Goa that makes it so "desirable"? Aren't other coastal areas, both eastern and western, not good enough, that the armed forces and other indian govt offices nned to covet tiny Goa?
Does this conversely imply that, after all, the Portuguese must have left something good in Goa? Gabriel
