Dear JoeGoaUK, I believe that you have Photoshoped these pictures.
They could not be genuine. For, if they were genuine, surely we would have seen a protest march or art contest being organized in Goa.And, surely, there would have been a flurry of letters from amcho Sandeep baba, not to mention a (thousand) indefinitely definite fasts. In short, I postulate that these pictures are NOT from Goa but from somewhere else. Goa is NOT as filthy and chaotic as your pictures appear to be portraying. Besides, I am absolutely sure, that Panjim has a good civic authority which keeps Panjim clean and orderly. Both you and Rajan Parrikar are doing tricks with your cameras. Just you wait.
