On the contrary, Manohar Parrikar should be encouraged to do what he does best - BLUNDERS - so that the Humpty Dumpty that has been put on the wall by the people of Goa to fill the space of the CONGRESS' FALL, does fall and breaks to pieces beyond repair so that the wall built by National Parties in Goa is removed brick by brick for once, to set up the TOWER to house GOA'S HIGH COMMAND IN GOA, instead of a mere wall.

Subject: [Goanet] CM SHOULD NOT REPEAT SIC BLUNDER WHILE APPOINTING GOALOKAYUKTA

In the selection and appointment of the Goa Lokayukta the Chief
Minister Mr. Manohar Parrikar should not repeat the premeditated
blunders he committed in the selection of the State Information
Commissioner.

The recent verdict of the Supreme Court on appointment of Information
Commissioners is a great victory for the Right to Information
movement. The Goa government should expedite the appointment of the
State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information
Commissioner in accordance with the now laid down directives of the
Supreme Court. All cases which were heard by Dr Pradeep Padwal during
his month long illegal tenure as Information Commissioner be now
reheard
