My response: I did not understand the usage of the words reading 'at least for 5 years'. Why not forever? I don't think it takes 5 years to assess the loot, plunder, gains and to set a transparent future road map! Incidentally, I recollect, ex-chief minister Digu spent lakhs of rupees in getting the future road map for Goa through Dr. Mashelkar at. el. Is it not okay for Goa? OR the author is trying to suggest the Goa government to set up an Exploitative Development Commissioner? I'm confused hence request the author of the message to elaborate on these related issues without using offensive language!
