Unfortunately for Goa, the old time hard drinkers have all migrated to
Toronto and elsewhere and the rest are on cruise/merchant ships.
And Goa is now full of migrants who chew GOA GUTKA rather than drink good
ole FENI.
Therefore no hope of snatching the GR8 TITLE back.

Read in one of today's papers, that Kerala enjoys the dubious
recognition as the drinking capital of India. Now Kerala has beaten
Goa at our own game. What a shame. Time for Goans to hit the bar in
record numbers to snatch the title (I had never heard this ranking
before, though I know Mickey once said Goa was the "rape capital of
India), dubious or not. Show the rest of India that none can outbeat
us for what's not only our inherent rightful place at the top by our
very own salvation. Amen to that.
