Hi Joe, Thanks for the beautiful pictures of the crumbling Tivim fort. Actually, it is a chain of three forts, each having a different name. Of course, at the Colvale side, it ends abruptly in the middle of nowhere. Yes, it is also called the Colvale Fort at the northern end. In fact, well-known fashion designer Wendell Rodricks will know better, as his ancestral house was very close to the Fort.... perhaps within the fort itself. There was a Fortikar's house there. It was in a slightly better shape when I had been there about twenty years ago. Once they plant the 'green' metal board, the concerned authorities feel that they have done their duty.... unfortunately. Regards. Joel.
