If you had invited me for this debate ..respect the Politicians since we elect them but let them not get involved in the decision making process , keep them away from interfereing in each and every project of Goa that is why no positive development is taking place ...leave the technical matters of the projects be handled by smart Technocrats and then you see and witness the pace of development in Goa .
Get people from Goa involved in the decision making of development projects , just like when the elections are around the corner and every aspiring politician starts knocking at the doors of every person that is when they leave the decision making to people , once they come to power peoples decision has no value . Goa should roll out and implement the E-Government plan , no manual intervention in any activities and everything should be computerized ,less chance of fraud , implement an audit trail for every transaction ,paperless offices, clean up each and every department not becuase he/she has affiliation to a political party hence the promotion let it be done on merit. Health, Education, Infrastructure should be the main focus of the debate and each of these sectors should be headed by experienced people not people who are known to the Honorable Ministers and so forth. I can go and on but we all need to preserve our beautiful paradise GOA with projects beneficial to every human being in GOA . .
