CIPRIANO CORNELIO FERNANDES of MOIRA was murdered in custody by the GOA
POLICE, DIED on 9th January, 2011. Tomorrow, 7th. November, 2012 Cipriano
will be laid to rest at the MOIRA Cemetery at 4.00 p.m. Entire GOA needs to
raise it's sane voice in a CRY to DEMAND JUSTICE for Cipriano so that more
CIPRIANOs will not be cut-down by those who are paid to protect. This
November 7th. 2012 must go down in the HISTORY of GOA as yet another BLACK
DAY FOR GOA AND GOANS.

'STATESMEN/WOMEN' , to contest on it's 'TICKET' in the coming 2014
Parliamentary Elections. Let GOA endeavour to send two real Parliamentarians
to the House of the People in New Delhi for once.
