The real message being sent here: 'We are special. We are cool. Hello world. We are from the land of doobie smoking hippies.'

Don't know what to wear on the red carpet? This is a world stage for Goan Culture...why not consider the services of a Goan based fashion designer.

Looking at the photographs of the inaugural function of
the 43rd IFFI, 2012 in the
media; it is so obvious that our Ministers, specially the ones who are
officials in the Organising Committee; have absolutely no sense of “Dress
code”. It is not just enough to have University
degrees, one needs to learn to live in a civil society. There is a dress code
for every occasion. The IFFI was not a political get together (mela) that one
may
attend with a bad sense of dressing. It
seems that the people of the Constituencies should now donate these Ministers
with a pair of shoes, if not a suit. The photographs published on Govt.of India
website are here: http://pib.nic.in/photo//2012/Nov/l2012112043573.jpg
