'DOGS' barking from the streets has no value. They shud enter the gates and
not only bar their teeth but must BITE. Worst is barking DOGS running with
their tails between their legs to safe havens to resume barking.

They promote the same out-dated TCP Act. They cheered the preparation of
ODP's and encouraged people's participation in them. They pushed for the
Regional Plan 2021 and promoted people's particpation in the
unconstitutional process. They remained silent on the new land Development
and Buildinging Construction Act, 2010 which check-mates people's rights
over their villages and safe-guards the builder. Some with conflict of
interests in reals estate continue to double up as Save Goa activists. How
can a building built on a crooked foundation be expected to be straight? But
this is the contradiction that sells as Save Goa. The Goan people are kept
running and there is no stopping. Run baby Run!
