She has sung for Manuel Alphonso and also for Oslando D'Souza. She deserves an award. Not sure where she stays now. besides Oslando D'Souza and Olga Colaco need to be awarded for their tremendous contribution towards Goan Music. Their contribution is matchless i should say. DOTOR Maka Boren Na - Lourdes Colaco and Jerome D'Souza https://soundcloud.com/tribute2jerome/dotor-maka-boren-na This is the Original Duet sung by Jerome D'Souza and Lourdes Colaco. Lourdes used to be Jerome's fav Singer and has sung in many of his songs. Lourdes is from Goa and has performed for the Top Bombay bands and Artistes in her prime and with the incredible Voice quality and Style that she possessed, she could have easily been one of the singing greats of today. Lourdes Colaco, sang a duet with late Alfred Rose -"Ful Fuloilam' and another song 'Vell Aimorecho'. She also sang with late Remmie Colaco 'Satvo Sakrament', Mojea Gharant Naka, Futtleli Boxi. Among the popular Mandos u will remember...Jimmy Jimmy Moga, Nid Poddonam...and Doryachea Lharari. All these songs were popular on AIR, but I don't think she has sung for the Tiatr. A friend of mine was introduced to Lourdes about 4 years back in Mumbai. Does anyone know where she is at present. She too deserves a lifetime award for her singing. Tiatr Academy of Goa must honour these old singers. Eddie Verdes
