If anyone is doing a public service job selflessly, surely the NGO has to be transparent. There have been cases all over the world where some NGOs have been found to have a dubious character, because of the lack of transparency. Otherwise, it would be easy to make an accusation that the NGO has an agenda which is not what it states it is. Best regards, U G Barad
