Could you let me know why so many flats are being built in the
Caranzalem/Taligao area when there is such an extreme shortage of
water. I live in a complex of 70 flats, where only
half the flats are occupied yet owing to an extreme shortage of water we
are having to order as many as 6 tankers (7000 per tanker) @ of Rs 300
each, every day. What will be the situation in this area once all the
flats that are presently being constructed are up and running?? Is
there any way in which we can address this problem? Any help or input
you can provide me with will be greatly appreciated. Is it mandatory
that a complex of this size should be provided with a certain amount of
water.
