Comment: Yes indeed, my dear Floriano, Goans continue to be shamed. And yet, we even have shameless and self-serving cowards who demand PROOF of Rape from those who were molested half a century ago. I'd say this: those who rape are violent perverts who need to be psychiatrically treated before being sent to prison.
