The non Goans in high and low positions with the MPT has been around for over 30 years. These persons then bring in their relatives and friends; so by now the majority of the people in Mormagao and Vasco are already non Goan. More so they have bought apartments and houses too; thus pushing up the cost of housing for locals.. Sorry state of affairs indeed! nascy caldeira
