To my comment: It is with amusement that I read that the communists have become lobbyist for the mining industry!
Fredrick Noronha writes: This is very much in keeping with Uncle Marx's view of thesis-antithesis-synthesis. Or so it seems to me. In the meanwhile, the capitalist USofA is heavily dependent (financially, tradewise, etc) on "communist" China. What does that tell you? Marx was probably right :-) I presume that Fred means Karl Marx, and not Marx Groucho! Anyway, what exactly is this thesis-antithesis-synthesis? If Fred can provide a brief on the subject, or provide a url where it can be located, I would appreciate it. As regarding China, it is communist only in name. And the leadership uses the communist only for self-aggrendisation, so that no one can question them for holding on the position of power. And then they can indulge in enriching themselves, while pretending to be benefitting the proleteriats. Best regards, U. G. Barad
