The Chief Minister stated that Regional Plan issue will be taken up after
resolving the mining issue, apparently due to lack of time and personal focus.
So may I ask how he and his government are getting time to approve disputed
projects (example Colva and Orlim) and facilitate other real estate conversions
in Goa. It appears to me that the regional plan is deliberately delayed to make
"hay while the sun shines". With the recent CM's support for destructive
mining,   criticising Claude Alvares for his genuine service to Goa/Goans,
toothless Lokayukta and now MOPA Dabolim dual airport existence rubbish, I have
my doubts on the seriousness of this government to deliver!! I think its
finally up to Goan masses to save Goa from the Politicians.
