Bhopal: Arjun Das Lalwani, a Grade-II clerk in the Madhya Pradesh state power utility, with a monthly salary of Rs 40,000, has been valued at Rs 25 crore in ill-gotten wealth. He was arrested on Tuesday by the state Lokayukta's Special Police Establishment (SPE).
